This is a private computer system which is restricted to authorized individuals. Actual or attempted unauthorized use of this computer system will result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. All information contained within this private computer system is intended for the individual or entity to which it is assigned and may contain information that is privileged,
confidential and exempt from disclosure under applicable law. We reserve the
right to view, monitor and record activity on the system without notice or permission. Any information obtained by monitoring, reviewing or recording is subject to review by law enforcement organizations in connection with the investigation or prosecution of possible criminal activity on the system. If you are not an authorized user of this system or do not consent to
continued monitoring, exit the system at this time.
Confidentiality Agreement
A. LPA Sacramento, Inc. Confidentiality
LPA Sacramento, Inc. and its consultants have an ethical and legal obligation to respect the privacy of our clients and to protect and maintain the confidentiality of all information that we learn about our clients, their family members and friends in the course of providing services to them. Information of a confidential nature is not to be discussed with anyone outside LPA Sacramento, Inc. and only discussed within LPA Sacramento, Inc. on a "need to know" basis.
Employees have a responsibility to avoid unnecessary disclosure of non-confidential internal
information about LPA Sacramento, Inc. and its associates. This responsibility is not intended to impede normal business communications and relationships, but is intended to alert employees to their obligation to use discretion to safeguard internal LPA Sacramento, Inc. affairs. If an employee has any question in any situation, they should consult with their manager or supervisor.
B. Client Confidentiality
Client records and client-related business (including the names of clients) should not be discussed with or disclosed to anyone except: co-workers and consultants who are specifically authorized under LPA Sacramento, Inc.’s Confidentiality Policy to have access to such information; Project Manager; the President; person authorized by the client to obtain information about the client from the consultant; or any person with whom the company has authorized the employee to share the information. As tempting as it may be at times, it is illegal, unethical, and violation of our Confidentiality Policy for the consultant to discuss client matters with the consultant’s mends, spouse, relatives, or anyone else, except those persons listed above, unless the employee is ordered to do so by a court or otherwise required to do so by law.
